Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Nicolas Crauc and Timothée Leicht, project leaders of MonRendu.com, beneficiaries of a business project support contract (CAPE) concluded with Espace des Entrepreneurs, who are the data controllers.

Address: 4 rue des Buisses, 59800 Lille. Contact: contact@monrendu.com.

Data collected, purposes and legal bases

We only collect the data needed for each of the following purposes.

Contact form: name, email address and question, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling the requests sent to us.

Waiting list: email address, language and intended plan, to let you know when the service opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Application user account: first name, last name, email address, company, password (stored encrypted), sign-in dates and usage history (projects, generations), to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Billing: billing details and payment history, to issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations. Invoices are issued by Espace des Entrepreneurs. Card details are entered and stored by our payment provider CAWL (Crédit Agricole); we have no access to them. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.

Customer follow-up: the business contact details of people who join the waiting list or the application are entered in our internal customer follow-up tool, to support you and tell you about our offers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest; you can object at any time.

Site audience measurement: see the “Cookies and audience measurement” section below.

Images imported into the application

The images you import (exports from your design software, photos, textures, objects) and your instructions are used only to generate the visuals you request.

Neither we nor our processors use these images or the generated visuals to train an artificial intelligence model.

If these images contain personal data of your own customers, you remain responsible for that processing: MonRendu.com then acts as a processor, on your behalf and solely on your instructions.

Visuals you share through a presentation link can be viewed by anyone who has that link.

Retention periods

Contact requests: for as long as it takes to handle the request, then no more than 3 years after our last exchange.

Waiting list: until you unsubscribe, and no more than 3 years after our last contact.

User account: for the whole term of the contract, then no more than 3 years after it ends. When the account is deleted, your identification data is anonymised; projects created within a company remain available to that company.

Imported images, generated visuals and presentation links: for the whole term of the contract, then 30 days after it ends (or after the end of the free trial without a subscription). They are then permanently deleted.

Customer follow-up: no more than 3 years after our last contact.

Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code.

Application notifications: 3 months.

Audience measurement statistics: no more than 25 months.

Recipients and processors

Your data is for the internal use of MonRendu.com only: it is never sold, exchanged or rented. Only the following providers have access to it, to the extent needed for their task:

OVH SAS (France): hosting of the site, the application and their data.

CAWL (Crédit Agricole, France): card payment.

Espace des Entrepreneurs (France): invoicing, under the CAPE.

Brevo (France): sending emails.

Google (Gemini) and Kie.ai: AI generation of the visuals, from the images and instructions you send.

Matomo: audience measurement tool hosted on our own servers; no data is passed on to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Kie.ai) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: a European Commission adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

The same safeguards apply when the MonRendu.com customer is established outside the European Union.

Security

Exchanges with the site and the application are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and access to data is restricted to the people who need it. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will inform you without undue delay.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. You may withdraw your consent at any time and set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us with “Data subject rights” as the subject: by email to contact@monrendu.com, or by post to 4 rue des Buisses, 59800 Lille. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for proof. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

The MonRendu.com site does not set any cookies.

We measure its traffic with Matomo, hosted on our own servers and configured without cookies: IP addresses are anonymised, and the statistics are used only to measure the site's audience, without being combined with other data or passed on to third parties. In line with CNIL recommendations, this measurement does not require your consent, but you can object to it below.

The site stores in your browser the language and theme (light or dark) you chose, as well as your objection to audience measurement if any. This information, strictly necessary for the functionality you request, never leaves your browser; you can clear it from your browser settings.

The MonRendu application only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in (session and “Remember me”).

Audience measurement is active in this browser.
